This announcement was made on behalf of the Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development and Minister responsible for FedDev Ontario.

In support of Enviroplast Inc.’s expansion activities, FedDev Ontario’s contribution will enable the company to adopt an environmentally friendly recycling technology that produces no waste or gas emission, and minimizes water usage in production. The project will also create 30 new jobs in Vaughan.

This project supports the Government of Canada’s Innovation and Skills Plan, and the priorities of the government’s Economic Strategy Table on Clean Technology, by supporting innovative clean technologies and driving sustainable growth outcomes in southern Ontario.
